What can I expect when I use On Call Computer Solutions for the first time? The typical client of On Call Computer Solutions may expect the following things:
1. When you call our office you will speak with a live dispatcher who will be able to best determine how to handle your issue. We do not believe in automated answering systems or answering services.
2. From start to finish, your needs will be handled with the maximum possible speed and absolute professionalism.
3. Your service call will be scheduled for a specific time of day, not a multiple hour block of time that will dramatically disturb your schedule. If the technician will be late, you will be notified by our dispatchers at the earliest possible time and an alternative definite time will be agreed upon (usually within the hour).
4. Typical response time to any emergency request for support is 2 hours or less.
5. Our technicians will always make unbiased recommendations on how to fix your issue taking into consideration your needs and budget.
6. We GUARANTEE that we will be able to fix your issue assuming the necessary resources are available or the entire service call will be FREE.
7. Your technician will leave a business card with contact phone numbers so that you always have someone you can get in touch with that now knows your system.
